GENERAL ADVICE:

We recommend buying a gift voucher for two or more people on two or more headsets (up to 4 people on 4 headsets) so that you can try the multi-player experiences – i.e the ones where you are both together in the experience and can see each other in the virtual reality through the headsets. You can experience a Zombie Apocalypse in Arizona Sunshine, play Dodgeball in Smashbox Arena, be archers against Orcs like in Lord of the Rings in QuiVR, shoot robots like Will Smith’s “I Robot” in Raw Data, have a snowball fight in Snow Fortress, or race cars in racing simulator seats in Project Cars 2. In any case, we recommend sharing the experience with a friend or family, as after all VR is experienced best when you can have a laugh together. Don’t worry and don’t be shy – VR is for everyone – regardless of age, we have something for each one of you. 

STEPS TO GET YOUR GIFT VOUCHER:

1. Select the number of people and add your voucher to the cart. Second person is added at £5 less than the first one. If you purchase a gift voucher for 4 people, you get £10 off the original price (you will pay total of £110 and not 4x £30 = £120)
2. Upon checkout, please include the age of the players in the “Order Notes”. NB! – MINIMUM AGE IS 7.
3. Pay for your voucher – you will receive a payment confirmation from WORLDPAY as soon as payment has gone through.
4. You will receive the voucher code via email in the 24 hours following payment.

WHAT TO DO WITH THE GIFT VOUCHER?

Within 24 hours of payment, you will receive your gift voucher, alongside some “smart” text on a printable PDF file, which you can print and gift to the person it is intended for. They can later on redeem it when booking their future session. The voucher code will ZERO the cart upon checkout and the person you gifted the voucher to will be able to check out free of charge, i.e they will not have to pay as the voucher has already been paid for.

WHAT HAPPENS ON THE DAY?

Please arrive for your booked session time, or 5 minutes before that. You will be given an extra 5-minute tutorial, which is not included in your playtime. You will then be given the options for the multi-player and single-player experiences and will guided towards the most popular experiences. You do not need to research the games/experiences beforehand as you will be recommended some of the best ones. If you start an experience and do not like it, you can always ask one of our operators to switch you to a different one. You can try multiple experiences and are not stuck to one.
